Introduction
PERFECTO PLAST has developed a standard range of black master batches based on polyolefin’s polymers.
This well established product range is based on carefully selected carbon blacks to give a spread of properties
from excellent jetness, UV protection and food contact approval to more economical blacks for imparting
colorations.
These masterbatches are used at additional levels of 1% to 5% depending on the application, opacity/coloring
requirements and thickness of the end products.
Method of Usage:
It is designed for ease of dispersion and homogeneous and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing
with plastic resin using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending, free from pollution problem caused by
pigment
Range of Application:
Color Master batch is designed for use in LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE and PP.

Packaging: Black Master Batch is supplied in regular pellet form packed in 20 kg bags or 25kg bags. It should
be stored in a cool, dry place
