1) To remove steel impurity. This machine is used to deiron in feeding mills, food processing factories and other industries. It’s easy to install and needs no power2) Capacity: 10-75 t/h.
To clean the magnet,we offer the quick release swing bolts. On larger applications where the pressure is low (or gravity fed) the magnet is attached to a round door which swings out. The magnet is then cleaned manually and replaced. For flour lines with iron additive, we recommend a strong gauss so that the iron additive is not removed from the product.

Working Principle

when the iron impurities in the raw material run around the magnet, the iron impurities are magnetized, and adhere on surface of magnet, thus the iron impurities in the raw material can be removed.
